Keeping Guests Cool at an Outdoor Wedding

Here are some ideas that I've seen my past clients do to keep their guests cool at outdoor weddings:

1. Basket with $1 sunglasses with sign for guest to please take because... "Our Love is blinding!"

2. Basket of bottles of sunblock with a cute sign

3. Signature His and Hers cocktails offered at the ceremony

3. Personalized waterbottles OR water/beverage station

4. Fans with or without a program printed on them

5. Japanese umbrellas

Some more of my favorite ideas:

*ice cream, popcicle, and/or slushie station

*pop-up tents with seating in the shade

*cool towels with personalization

*spray misting bottles also with personalization

*brimmed hats or visors
